Order Processing:
Once your order is placed and payment is successfully processed, our team will initiate the order processing. Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day from the date of payment confirmation. A sample will be sent for your approval before final printing

We aim to provide a seamless and efficient delivery experience to all our customers. Our estimated delivery options and timeframes are as follows:

Please note that these timeframes are approximate and may be subject to slight variations due to unforeseen circumstances or external factors.
Pickup Options:
For those who prefer a more immediate solution, we provide pickup options that allow you to collect your order within an hour after placing it (Plain orders).
1. Send uber or bolt collect when order has been confirmed to be ready for collection
2. Come in person to our Randburg office.
Shipping Charges: Shipping costs will be clearly presented on the checkout page.

Order Tracking: Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order's progress. This will allow you to monitor the real-time status of your shipment.
Delivery Restrictions:
If chosen delivery option cannot deliver to customer's address, we reserve the right to change to a suitable delivery option.
Failed Deliveries: In the event that a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier partners will usually make a second attempt. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.
1. Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase for plain orders only. A 15% admin fee will be charged. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original packaging, undamaged, and unused.
- Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, is required.
2. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, kindly follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support team at care@bellatools.co.za to begin the return process.
- Provide essential details including your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will provide guidance on the necessary steps and furnish you with the return shipping address.
3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us. To ensure tracking, we recommend using a shipping method with tracking capability. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except when the item received is faulty or damaged.
4. Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. Once approved, we will proceed with processing the refund or replacement.
5. Refund or Replacement: Based on your preference and product availability, you can choose between a refund or a replacement for the returned item. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase. Customers can expect a refund within 7 days of the returned item being received and inspected by our team.
6. Non-Refundable Items: Please note that printed wristbands are not returnable and are non-refundable.
7. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please inform our Customer Support team within 2 days of receiving the product. We will guide you through the return process and cover the return shipping costs.
